Shipping & Returns
Standard shipping is free with any order over $50. All orders require up to 48 hours processing time before shipping out from our warehouse. After your payment is authorized and verified, you can expect to receive a Standard Shipping order within 5-9 business days from time of order placement.
Overnight Shipping orders placed before 12:00 noon EST will ship out the same day and be received the following business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Overnight Delivery orders placed after 12:00 noon EST will ship out on the next business day, (Monday-Friday).
At this time, we are unable to process orders shipping to P.O. boxes.
Pre-order items are charged in full at the time of order placement. The standard return policy applies to pre-orders and items can be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
We hope that you love what you have ordered from The LFL Group. In the event that you wish to return an item you may do so within 30 days of purchase date under the following guidelines:
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
- All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number, (RA#).
- Merchandise must be in new, unworn condition, and in the original shoebox with the original packing.
- The shoebox should not be used as a shipping box and must be received without postal labels on it.
- Any items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Please allow 7-10 days for returns processing.
To process a return, please send an email to Returns@theLFLgroup.com with your order number in the subject line. Once the return has been accepted you will be provided with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a pre-paid Return Shipping Label. Print the Return Authorization email and include it inside your package along with the original packing slip. Print your pre-paid Return Shipping label and place the label on the outside of your package. Please be sure to also write your RA# on the outside of the package. Drop your package at an authorized FedEx shipping location.
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
We do not offer a store credit option at this time.
